We are searching for a skilled full or part time Apartment Turn/ Maintenance Tech to add to our growing team.
This position will need to possess the abilities to complete quality, skilled maintenance & remodeling work including but not limited to drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, flooring, tile, etc.
Our portfolio consists of apartments, townhomes, single family homes and mobile homes throughout Central Kentucky. A willingness to travel to various counties is required. Must have own reliable transportation, own basic tools, be reliable, responsible, professional and able to utilize computer/smart phone applications to the extent of completing call tickets and logging time.
